1. Opening By SAB Chair
   1. Notification and Confirmation: This meeting is being held via Zoom under the Governor’s executive order granting authority for such virtual meetings.
   2. Confirmation that MCB records SAB meetings, allows for local recordings and makes such recordings available to the public.
   3. Welcome to members of the public attending the meeting and instruction about Q&A period.
2. Vote to accept minutes of the previous (June 10th) SAB meeting.
3. Commissioner Update:
   1. FY22:
      1. Please provide the final spending/encumbered by category as compared to the FY22 GAA.
      2. Will any funds revert back to the state.
   2. FY23 Budget:
      1. What comprises the make-up of the increase in 0001 over the FY22 GAA?
      2. When excluding the TIC and affiliate and the independent living skills earmarks, the 1000 account appears to be down $280,000 from the FY22 GAA:
         1. Will the decrease impact services?
      3. For all accounts does MCB have sufficient resources to fulfill the budget?
         1. Will additional hiring be required.
      4. With respect to the $1M earmark for independent living services, please confirm that the services will be provided by qualified nonprofit providers.
   3. Update on consumer survey
   4. Update partnership with National Industries for the Blind (NIB)
   5. Update on plan for DOR to get information on blindness status directly.
