- Notification and Confirmation: This meeting is being held via Zoom under the Governor’s executive order granting authority for such virtual meetings.
- Confirmation that MCB records SAB meetings, allows for local recordings and makes such recordings available to the public.
- Welcome to members of the public attending the meeting and instruction about Q&A period.
- Vote to accept minutes of the previous (June 10th) SAB meeting.
- Commissioner Update:
- FY22:
- Please provide the final spending/encumbered by category as compared to the FY22 GAA.
- Will any funds revert back to the state.
- FY23 Budget:
- What comprises the make-up of the increase in 0001 over the FY22 GAA?
- When excluding the TIC and affiliate and the independent living skills earmarks, the 1000 account appears to be down $280,000 from the FY22 GAA:
- Will the decrease impact services?
- For all accounts does MCB have sufficient resources to fulfill the budget?
- Will additional hiring be required.
- With respect to the $1M earmark for independent living services, please confirm that the services will be provided by qualified nonprofit providers.
