  1. Opening By SAB Chair
    1. Notification and Confirmation: This meeting is being held via Zoom under the Governor’s executive order granting authority for such virtual meetings.
    2. Confirmation that MCB records SAB meetings, allows for local recordings and makes such recordings available to the public.
    3. Welcome to members of the public attending the meeting and instruction about Q&A period.
  2. Vote to accept minutes of the previous (June 10th) SAB meeting.
  3. Commissioner Update:
    1. FY22:
      1. Please provide an update the final spending/encumbered since the last SAB by category as compared to the FY22 GAA.
      2. What is the amount of any funds reverted/to be reverted back to the state?
    2. FY23:
      1. Review of financial dashboard, including funds spent and funds encumbered.
      2. With respect to the $1M earmark for independent living services:
        1. Please provide an update on the award of contracts to providers.
        2. In addition to funds spent and encumbered, please advise how many consumers have been referred to contacted non-profit agencies for these services.
    3. Any news on RSA Reallotment Funds available for 2022?
    4. Update on consumer survey

    1. Dashboard on Registrations, Process, and Outcomes.
