Overview

We want to hear from you! The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is hosting a series of virtual public listening sessions to engage the community in the redevelopment of the Shattuck Hospital/Morton Street campus.

Please note, the same listening session will be offered at three times to maximize community participation:

  • Wednesday, 4/15 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm
  • Friday, 5/8 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm
  • Tuesday, 5/19 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm

These public listening sessions are part of a series of in-person and virtual events organized by EOHHS to provide the public with opportunities to:

  • Learn about the context and history of the Shattuck Hospital/Morton Street campus and redevelopment
  • Engage in interactive discussion
  • Help ensure the redevelopment meets the needs of the community

Registration: Please note, registration is required to participate in each of the virtual events (see information below).

As part of your request, please include a description of the accommodation(s) you will need, including as much detail as you can in your message. Please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we are able to accommodate your specific request (one week in advance for ASL or CART services). Please note, last-minute requests will be accepted but may be impossible to fill.

Requests to speak (optional): Attendees who wish to speak during the 4/15 event are encouraged to either indicate this during the Zoom registration or email their request directly to EOHHS (MortonStreetRedevelopment@mass.gov) in advance of the event. Please note, submission of your request or interest in speaking does not guarantee speaking time during the event. Remarks will be limited to four (4) minutes to allow as many participants as possible to be heard. If you are unable to attend the listening session, you may provide written comments to EOHHS at the same email address listed above.
