Acceptance of Minutes from 12/13/2023: 

All members received the minutes via email.  All were in favor of accepting the minutes.

1. DMH-New Bedford Site-
   1. Newly Acquired Office Space Update – Paul Santos
2. Site Board
   1. Interconnection between DMH Site Board and New Bedford Police Dept.? – Brittany Botelho
   2. Action Plan for FY’24 goals? – All Members
      1. All members were asked to prioritize the goals of minimize stigma, resource availability, and decrease ER visits, so the board can begin working on achieving one or two of the goals.
      2. Coordinate DDS and the School Dept. to attend board meeting to discuss ways to work together to reach some mutual goals – Kathleen Mackenzie. 
      3. Guests from DDS:  Renata Aragao & Selena Robertson will be attending the 4/10/24 Site Board meeting.
