- 20-minute public comment period. Members of the public are invited to share comments or make brief presentations of no longer than 3 minutes.
- Please pre-register your participation by emailing Katja Gerhardt at Katja.Gerhardt@mass.gov no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026. The moderator will call on individuals who’ve registered to share comments in the order in which registrations were received.
