A meeting of the HazMat Mitigation Advisory Board will be conducted on Monday, May 10, 2021, and open to the public, via Teleconference on WebEx

  1. Meeting Opening and Introductions 
  2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on March 8, 2021.
  3. New Business
    1. Welcome Chief John Dearborn of Longmeadow Fire Department.
    2. Vote on team appointments and/or transfers.
    3. Discuss stipends.
    4. Discuss JSMACSS
    5. Discuss recent purchases and the training and deployment of each.
  4. Old Business:
    1. Discuss vehicle locations.
    2. Discuss dispatch.
    3. Discuss the Academy Hazardous Materials courses.
  5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
  6. Next Meeting Date – Thursday, June 24, 2021
  7. Adjournment.
