Region 4 of the Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council (Western Massachusetts
Technical Rescue Team) will be holding an open meeting on January 19 at 10AM. The meeting
will be held at the Northampton Fire Department, 26 Carlon Drive Northampton, MA 01060.
