Region 4 of the Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council (Western Massachusetts
Technical Rescue Team) will be holding an open meeting on October 18 at 10AM. The meeting
will be held at the Agawam Fire department, 800 Main Street Agawam, MA 01001.
