Overview

In accordance with the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, s.20, a meeting of the Massachusetts Technical Rescue Policy/SOG Subcommittee will be conducted on July 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. and open to the public.

  1. Meeting Opening and Introductions
  1. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on June 8, 2023
  1. Discuss Tech Rescue Policy/SOG Subcommittee correspondence.
  1. Old Business:
    1. Review old items for SOG/SOP
    2. Review list of SOG’s/Policies and prioritize them. Future Policies and SOGS.  Open for discussion.
      1.  Tier Responses (Daryl Springman also recommendations from Membership and Training Subcommittees
  2. New Business: 
      1. Bring Subcommittee up to speed of the discuss I had with the Council per their request as to how far the Council would like this Sub-Committee to go with Policies and Procedures.             

 

    6.  Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.

    7.        Tasks/Assignments.

    8.        Future agenda items:

               a.  Identify SOGS/SOPS to have finalized drafts ready for our next meeting. 

     9.        Determination of future meeting date(s).
