Perkins Short Courses: O&M Weekend "Witch Way to Go"

Hands-on O&M experiences, both on campus and out in the community! Students will engage in a range of activities that promote safe, confident, and independent travel. We’ll explore the use of a white cane, how to get one, and what a blind access card is, and how these tools support O&M. Students will also learn more about making and using tactile or mental maps, different modes of transportation, and how these apply to navigating real-world environments.
