Public Meeting Notice  Pesticide Board Subcommittee Meeting

The Agenda of the meeting is as follows:

--Summary Notes of Meeting:  The Pesticide Board Subcommittee will consider for approval the summary notes for the April 19, 2019 Meetings. 

--Pesticide Product Registrations:  The Pesticide Board Subcommittee will consider for registration the pesticide products in the attached cover letter for the August 16, 2019 Meeting.

--New Active Ingredients:

• Polyhedral occlusion bodies (OBs) of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of Helicoverpa zea (corn earworm), formulated in the product: Gemstar LC Insecticidal Virus (EPA Reg. No. 70051-45), labeled for control of earworm  (cotton, tomato) and tobacco budworm.
• Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies kurstaki strain EG 7841, formulated in the following product: Crymax Bioinsecticide (EPA Reg. No. 70051-86), and labeled for control of lepidopteran pests on a variety of crops.

--Consideration of Remote Participation Policy.  Follow up on previous discussions of remote participation at meetings, the Subcommittee will consider adopting a remote participation policy based on the Open Meeting Law Guide.
