DFML and the Division of Insurance (DOI) are looking to develop a standard policy template that will be used by companies to develop acceptable policies for the market and go over a process for submitting such products to the DOI for review. At this meeting, DFML and DOI will go over a suggested standard document that will instruct carriers about what to include in a PFML policy.
