Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Licensing Information Session

The Division of Insurance promulgated the final PBM regulations on March 13, 2026 which, among other items, require PBMs to submit PBM license application materials by July 1, 2026, for the licensing period 2027-2029.  

The Division has scheduled two information sessions, to be held on June 1 and June 8 from 1-2pm, to answer questions about any parts of the PMB application process (including the filing guidance and checklist).
