Overview
State employees who write, review, or publish information have a chance to make plain language a priority. Plain language is an important piece of the larger effort to make information (in whatever form) accessible to the people of Massachusetts.

We will talk about the plain language review process: 5 questions that help you look at a piece of writing and identify barriers for the people reading it. (*This is a new version of a previous Content Lab session.)
Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
