Preparing your content for AI

Overview

More and more users are relying on AI (artificial intelligence) overviews when they search the internet. Managing your content is critical to ensuring your audiences get the most current and correct information in those overviews. 

This session will address the content management practices that lead to trustworthy AI summaries. (Spoiler alert: it's a lot of the habits we already recommend!)

Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
