Public Hearing Notice  Public Hearing for D.P.U. 23-65, Housatonic Water Works Rate Case

A public hearing is required for some Department proceedings. The purpose of a public hearing is to provide an opportunity for elected officials and members of the public to comment on the issues in the proceeding in order to assist the Department in its investigation. 

The Department will conduct a virtual public hearing to accept public comments on the Settlement using Zoom videoconferencing on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 7:00 pm. Attendees can join the virtual public hearing at 7:00 p.m. by entering the Zoom link from a computer, smartphone, or tablet. No prior software download is required.
