Public Hearing Notice  Public Hearing for Maynard Municipal Aggregation Plan (DPU 24-193)

The Department is conducting an online hearing to allow members of the public to comment on the town of Maynard’s request for approval of its municipal aggregation plan. The program would allow Maynard to obtain electric supply for consumers within its municipal borders. 

The public hearing is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on February 26, 2025. For audio-only access to the public hearing, attendees can dial (321) 626-6799 and then enter Meeting ID# 876 8227 6443. If you anticipate providing comments via Zoom during the public hearing, please send an email by 5:00 p.m. on February 25, 2025, to lauren.morris@mass.gov with your name, email address, and mailing address.

Any person interested in commenting on this matter may submit written comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2025. Please see the Notice for details.
