Overview of Public Hearing on Three-Year Energy Efficiency Plan (2025-2027)
The Department is conducting three in-person and one online public hearing to allow members of the public to comment on the 2025-2027 Three-Year Energy Efficiency Plans. Together, these plans contain approximately $5 billion in proposed investment, expected to generate an estimated $13.7 billion in total benefits for Massachusetts gas and electricity customers over the next three years.
The first public hearing, scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on December 3, 2024, will be held in-person in Worcester at the Hogan Campus Center of Holy Cross College. Members of the public may comment at the public hearing or submit written comments by December 5, 2024.
