Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20, that a meeting of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board, established under Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2003, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in room 230 of the State House, Boston, Massachusetts.

Senior Deputy Commissioner Sean R. Cronin of the Department of Revenue to discuss the Board’s amendment to the City of Lawrence’s request on February 21, 2018

City of Medford: A Chapter 44A request to issue $5,419,000 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• drainage improvements to Winthrop Street
• DPW Facility Project
• roof and façade improvements to Medford City Hall
• renovations to Riverside Plaza
• planning for the new police station
• a fire pumper truck

City of New Bedford: A Chapter 44A request to issue $15,296,086 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• improvements and repairs to various municipal recreational grounds and facilities
• repairs and improvements to various municipal and school buildings
• design of the City Hall elevators
• ADA improvements to City Hall
• improvements and repairs to municipal roadways
• environmental cleanup and remediation at the Parker Street waste site
• improvements to runway 14-32 at the airport
• a feasibility study for the Elizabeth Carter Brooks School
• planning and design of the South Public Safety Center
• Long-range municipal fiscal security

Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board within 48 hours of the meeting
