Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20, that a meeting of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board, established under Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2003, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in room 437 of the State House, Boston, Massachusetts.

City of Fall River: A Chapter 44A request to issue $129,218,247 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• feasibility studies for various school building and repair projects
• a feasibility study for a bike path
• master improvement plan for the integrated wastewater and stormwater system
• Durfree High School building project
• Police Department vehicles
• roof and door replacement at various fire stations
• roof replacement at Government Center
• repairs at Tansey School
• voting machines
• a public safety communication and video network

City of Pittsfield: A Chapter 44A request to issue $10,475,500 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• street improvements and design
• stormwater system improvements
• vehicles and other equipment
• repairs to parking garage structures
• repairs and upgrades to various park and recreational facilities, including bathroom facilities
• environmental abatements for the school department
• replacement of the Morningside ventilation system
• roof repairs to school department buildings
• security system upgrades for the school department
• roof and window repairs/replacement for various municipal buildings
• restoration of the Springside House
• upgrades and replacement to equipment and systems at the Police Department, including radio, PC, Mobile Data Terminal, and technology/software
• measure and list update for the Finance Department
• Phase 2 of the VOIP (telephone) upgrade
• vehicles and equipment for the DPU Water Enterprise
• upgrades to the wastewater SCAD system
• upgrades to the sewer collection system
• vehicles and equipment for the DPU Sewer Enterprise
• master plan upgrades the Pittsfield Municipal Airport
