Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20, that a meeting of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board, established under Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2003, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 in room 230 of the Massachusetts State House, 24 Beacon Street, Boston, Massachusetts.

Brockton: A Chapter 44A request to issue $5,150,000 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• elevator repairs
• parking garage development
• streets improvements
• traffic improvements

Fitchburg: A Chapter 44A request to issue $33,400,000 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• parking garage repairs
• water main improvements
• remodeling of City Hall and Bank of America Building
• a feasibility study for the Crocker Elementary School
• school building repairs
• water meters

Lawrence: A Chapter 44A request to issue $10,666,300 in bonds as state qualified bonds for the following:

• lighting for city parking lots
• ADA improvements to city facilities
• heating system improvements to the Central Fire Station
• improvements to the police evidence storage
• repairs to the Main Library elevator
• repairs to library entrance
• roofs for several municipal buildings and garages
• repairs to several municipal garages
• renovations to the South Lawrence East Concessions
• City Hall network
• repairs and construction to sidewalks
• street lighting improvements
• city park improvements
• repairs and replacement of school boilers, roofs, windows, and chillers
• elevator repair and replacement
• purchase of municipal and police vehicles
• repairs to cemetery fence
• an emergency parking beacon system
• a feasibility study for the Leahy School
