In accordance with July 16, 2022 Massachusetts law, An Act Relative to Extending Certain      State of Emergency Accommodations, as extended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, adopted March 29, 2023, and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office February 18, 2022 guidance, please note the following:

Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20, that a meeting of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board, established under Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2003, will be held through remote participation via Conference Call Number: (571) 317-3122, Access Code: 691-287-117, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Notice is hereby also given that the Municipal Finance Oversight Board will electronically record this meeting.

• Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District

        A Chapter 44A request for $3,088,713 in state qualified bonds for the Veterinary Programs Building

• City of Fall River

       A Chapter 44A request for $6,945,358 in state qualified bonds for the following:

1.  Water System Improvements (Phase 20)
2. Master Planning/Flood Control Improvements
3. Watson School Repairs
4. Phase 22 Lead Service Replacement
5. Tansey School Repairs (Windows, Doors & Boiler Replacement)

• Long-range municipal fiscal stability
• Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board within 48 hours of the meeting
• Discussion of agenda items for the next meeting
