REBA: Basics of the Land Court Rules and Standing Orders
Overview
Please join REBA’s New Lawyers Section for an innovative in-person program at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, September 30th, at the Land Court (Courtroom TBD), located at Three Pemberton Square in Boston.
Joining the panel are the Hon. Diane R. Rubin and the Hon. Robert B. Foster, who will present on the rules and standing orders that govern practice before the Court. Judges Rubin and Foster will also provide practical tips for commonly-filed Land Court pleadings. Whether you are a new lawyer, or a more experienced lawyer seeking information about the processes and procedures of Land Court practice, this program is an opportunity to learn firsthand from two Land Court judges.
Due to limited space, there is a 40-person maximum attendance for this program. To attend, YOU MUST RSVP no later than Thursday, September 25th to Matt Zarrella at zarrella@reba.net. Those who register after the first 40 slots have been filled will be added to a waitlist. If you register, but are unable to attend, please inform REBA, that way your slot can be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
