Overview
Please join REBA’s New Lawyers, Litigation, and Land Use & Zoning Sections in person at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, in Courtroom 1102 at the Land Court, located at 3 Pemberton Square in Boston, for an innovative program with the Land Court judges, introducing and presenting an overview of the Court’s practice and procedures.
The program will begin with two mock commonplace proceedings: a case management conference, presented by Alexandria K. Castaldo of Phillips & Angley and Bridget M. Rose of Moriarty Bielan & Malloy, LLC and then a hearing on a Motion for Endorsement of a Memorandum of Lis Pendens, presented by Natasha K. Winter of Dain Torpy, and Steven M. Stoehr of Phillips & Angley These mock proceedings will be followed by a discussion with the Court’s judges, offering a primer of common and best practices before the Land Court. The program, with limited registration, includes an opportunity to question the Judges about all aspects of the Land Court, past and present.
Due to limited space, there is a 40-person maximum attendance for this special program. YOU MUST RSVP to Nicole Cohen at cohen@reba.net no later than Thursday, April 17th. Those who register after the first 40 spots will be added to a waitlist. If you register but are unable to attend, please inform REBA, so your spot can be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
