REBA - Tax Lien Foreclosure Legal Assistance Referral Program: Information Session Webinar

This webinar panel, presented by Hon. Keith Long (Ret.), Natasha K. Peck, Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C., Kathleen M. Heyer, Pierce Atwood LLP, and Peter A. Brown, Brown Legal LLC will provide an overview of the Tax Lien Foreclosure Legal Assistance Referral Program, a partnership between Lawyers Clearinghouse and the Land Court to connect qualified homeowners with pro bono legal assistance in tax lien foreclosure cases. The panelists will share
their experiences volunteering with the Tax Lien Foreclosure Clinic and discuss some of the common issues met by homeowners facing tax lien foreclosure. For those who are interested in learning more or volunteering their time with the Tax Lien Foreclosure Clinic, this webinar panel will be a great opportunity to learn about the resources and services offered by the Tax Lien Foreclosure Clinic.
