Research shareout: Discovery, usability, and branding research
Overview
Every research project is different. Teams make different decisions about methods, recruitment, analysis, and how they apply what they learn. Learning how others approached their work can provide ideas, spark discussion, and highlight lessons that are easy to apply to other projects.
This research shareout features presentations from teams across the state government about recent research projects. Participants will learn about the research questions each team explored, the methods they used, the challenges they encountered, and how their findings informed changes.
If you’d like access to the session materials, please contact cxcoe@mass.gov.
The Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice brings together experience researchers and anyone who conducts or supports research to learn, share, and connect. It focuses on constituent-centered research and is open to employees of state organizations.
