Research shareout: Unmoderated testing and usability testing
Overview
This research shareout session will present how teams have used usability testing and unmoderated testing in their work. Participants will examine real-world examples, discuss what was learned, and share approaches for planning, conducting, and applying findings from usability research.
Usability testing and unmoderated testing help teams understand how people interact with products and services. These research methods can uncover usability issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide valuable feedback.
If you’d like access to the session materials, please contact cxcoe@mass.gov.
The Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice brings together experience researchers and anyone who conducts or supports research to learn, share, and connect. It focuses on constituent-centered research and is open to employees of state organizations.
