Overview of September 19, 2018 MOLST Subcommittee Meeting
The Medical Orders of Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) Subcommittee advises on updates to the MOLST form. We work with the Palliative Care and Quality of Life Interdisciplinary Advisory Council and the Department of Public Health (DPH).
Agenda
Our Mission: To create a team-based, conversation driven MOLST process and document, which is responsive to an adult’s changing health needs and choices all through the serious illness journey.
