Public Meeting Notice  Southeast Quincy Site Board

Introductions

• Review of October 8^th minutes.
• Overview of Annual Meeting
• Proposed renovations to the lobby at the site for the Board’s review
• We have included the repair of the roof in the capital plan for this fiscal year
• The New Site Director, will start on November  24th. 
• The Site overhauled and re-organized both of the medical record rooms over the months of Sept/October
• The Genoa Pharmacy had their Grand Opening in October
• Two CM supervisors will be attending the Nov. 4/5 Area Training on Critical Incident Debriefing as part of the Area’s efforts in our Zero Suicide initiative
• Aspire ACCS Team Leaders and Admin staff have been asked to participate in in DMH/UMASS collaborative process that will eventually result in UMASS providing consultation on areas of clinical practice.  Aspire was interviewed this week by UMASS about what they consider the successes and areas of difficulty in providing the more clinically intensive service that ACCS is requiring.
