Women veterans will have the opportunity to file a disability claim, enroll in health care services , find out about available resources and more! Food and snacks will be available.

Parkinson’s Awareness Symposium

Recent advancements such as gene therapy, new drug trials, FDA approvals of innovative treatment devices, and Stem Cell therapy offer a glimpse of hope in the battle against PD. This symposium has been created to spread awareness and present the progress made in the Parkinson’s field and to open communication between the VA and the various agencies involved. Each group will have a 4 minute presentation to describe who they are, what they do, any accomplishments reached, as well as any data collected from within the veteran’s community. A community Q&A will follow.

Welcome Home Event: One-Stop Event for New Veterans

InnoVets has teamed up with a couple of fantastic organizations to provide new Veterans with all of the services they could need to be successful in their civilian careers. We invite Veterans who were discharged on or after January 1st, 2024 to drop in and get expert guidance from groups dedicated to Veterans support in areas such as career coaching, financial services, employment, education, and more. For more information and to register, visit Welcome Home Event.

Westport Veterans Resource Fair
