Public Meeting Notice Truro- Wellfleet- resurfacing and related work on Route 6
Overview
A Public Information Meeting will be held to present the design for the proposed project in Truro and Wellfleet, MA.
Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed project. All views and comments presented at the meeting will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
Proposal:
The proposed project consists of resurfacing Route 6 in the Towns of Truro and Wellfleet to improve the roadway surface conditions to extend the utility of existing pavement structures and improve roadway safety along the corridor. Other proposed improvements include construction of a sidewalk on the west side of Route 6 from Truro Public Safety Facility to Shore Road, limited drainage upgrades, replacing or cleaning existing drainage outfalls, and replacing or removing existing substandard guardrail.

Statements and exhibits intended for inclusion in the meeting transcript must be emailed or postmarked no later than ten (10) business days (14 calendar days) after the hearing is hosted.
