Overview

You can find performance analytics on the back end of Mass.gov pages. In this session, we will guide you through the available components in the dashboards and help you think about the kinds of questions they can answer about your content.

Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
