Overview
This Content Lab session is targeted to new web authors and subject matter experts and will focus on the basics of writing for the web:
- Identifying your audience and writing for them
- Writing and arranging information for easy scanning
- Plain language basics
- Practices that improve findability
Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
