Have you ever wondered why DCR is chasing waterfowl with boats on the reservoir? At this time of year, flocks of gulls can threaten clean drinking water. How do you convince a gull to move? During this special evening program, hear about the DCR’s Division of Water Supply Protection’s solution to pollution as they match wits with these clever birds.
