Amusements, Challenge Course, Climbing Wall and Inflatables Licensing

Amusement devices are regulated by the Amusement Advisory Board. All amusement devices in Massachusetts must be licensed and are regulated and inspected by the Office of Public Safety and Inspection (OPSI).
