Deer hunt for hunters with paraplegia permit application

Please fill out this form to apply for the 3-day hunt for hunters with paraplegia.

This 3-day hunt offers a special opportunity for duly licensed paraplegic hunters to hunt white-tailed deer at one of six locations in the Commonwealth. Participants will receive one free Antlerless Deer Permit which can be used during the hunt in addition to their two Antlered Deer tags as well as any applicable Antlerless Deer Permits they hold. Interested hunters are required to complete this application to attend the event.
