The Details of Apply for a professional driving school instructor license

To be certified as a professional driving school instructor, you:

Must complete an online application.
Will be subject to a criminal record check.
Will be subject to a driving record check.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have at least 24 months operating experience (in the same license classification).
- Experienced gained under a learner's permit does not qualify toward the 24 months.
If you were issued a standard Class D license after July 1, 2023, you will need to provide proof of lawful presence
