What you need
The Dam and Seawall Program is open to local government bodies and nonprofit organizations. Submission requirements may vary by round but generally include the following:
- Completed application
- Site plan(s)
- Opinion of Probable Cost, if requesting construction funds
- MEPA Project ID, if requesting construction funds
- Climate Resilience Design Standards Report
How to apply
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is currently seeking proposals for the Dam and Seawall Repair or Removal Program through the new Environment & Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) application.
Applications are due by Friday, March 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
