If your agency is planning a data sharing project with another state agency, we can help you execute the Data Use License Agreement (DULA).
DULAs are required for data sharing projects with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or other protected or sensitive data per the Statewide data sharing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
All DULAs must be executed through the approved digital signature system.
