What you need for Boat Safety Certificate Course

The Massachusetts Environmental Police have two options to complete a boating safety education course. Option 1 consists of a traditional all classroom based education course, Option 2 consists of a hybrid model with an online education component followed by an in-person proctored exam.

How to enroll Boat Safety Certificate Course

Step 1: Sign up and complete an online safety course. A list of approved course providers is shown below. Please note: This step must be completed before proceeding to step 2.

Receiving your Boating Safety Certificate
