The Details

Overview

The Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) interface allows users to access and connect to the Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW).  Use this to request assistance connecting and/or setting up your CIW ODBC driver.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • SLE is dependent on the customer having Local administrative rights to their current device prior to submitting request.

NOTE: Requests submitted by customers without local administrative rights will be closed.

  • Responsible for working with customer to assist them in connecting and/or setting up their Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW) ODBC driver.

The Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW) brings together a subset of the financial, budgetary, human resource, payroll and time reporting information maintained in dedicated and separate systems by individual agencies. CIW provides access to integrated, common data that supports timely, well informed business decisions to authorized users through a centralized and integrated repository.
