Overview

The Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) interface allows users to access and connect to the Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW).  Use this to request assistance connecting and/or setting up your CIW ODBC driver.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • SLE is dependent on the customer having Local administrative rights to their current device prior to submitting request.

NOTE: Requests submitted by customers without local administrative rights will be closed.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for working with customer to assist them in connecting and/or setting up their Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW) ODBC driver.

CIW provides access to integrated, common data that supports timely, well informed business decisions to authorized users through a centralized and integrated repository.
