Features
EOTSS provides Domain Name System (DNS) Services, a hierarchical and decentralized naming system for computers, services, or other resources connected to the Internet or a private network. It translates human readable domain names (for example, www.amazon.com) to machine readable IP addresses.
How to request
Who can request?
Designated Security Officers (DSOs) ONLY - will request on behalf of Commonwealth employees and their authorized business partners, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

Fulfillment: 80% within 3 business days* *Intake of submitted requests for this service are reviewed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11am EST. Requests submitted outside those days/times won’t be reviewed until the next eligible day. **Some DNS changes require special approval from other departments such as Digital or Messaging, depending on the request. These requests may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Important Note: Anything hosted in AWS, Azure, On-Prem, and in the domain mass.gov or state.ma.us, requires a DNS change. | Customer
