All projects shall be created with the MassDOT Highway Division CAD Standards. MassDOT Highway Division currently accepts Autodesk Civil 3D 2023 .dwg files and prior versions. Three CAD Standards packages are available below. The links will bring you to a Dropbox site for download of the selected package.

The Download and Installation Guide includes instructions for downloading each option, instructions for using the installer, and the manual State Kit installation process if the installer cannot be used for any reason.
Includes all available MassDOT CAD Standards content bundled to an integrated MassDOT Civil 3D environment. The content includes MassDOT custom subassemblies and pipe network catalog. The State Kit utilizes an installer package that requires administrative privileges to install.
Includes all files in the MassDOT CAD State Kit so that it can either be installed manually or components can be selected and configured. This option is provided for organizations that may not be able to install the State Kit using Option 1 or are not yet ready to entirely transition to the State Kit custom content.
Includes only those files updated since the previous R5.1 release of November 1, 2023. May be used to replace previous versions of these files for those who do not want to re-install entire State Kit or CAD Standards Package. Please see the Read_Me_Prior_to_Dwnload.pdf for installation instructions.
