What you need   for How to Obtain Access to Inspection Station eServices Portal

The eServices Portal is a tool that you can use to conduct business with the RMV and is easy to use, convenient, and free of charge.

The eServices Portal will give inspection stations the ability to do the following: Renew Inspection Station Licenses, add an Additional Bay, Bay Change, License Class Change, Location Change, Name Change, 7D Endorsements, order motorcycle inspection stickers, and request a rebate or credit* for unused motorcycle stickers. 

*NOTE: All credits will be applied to your eServices account and can only be applied to future motorcycle sticker orders.

You will need to designate at least one eServices Administrator.  An eServices Administrator will have the ability to add/remove additional users to the portal, reset passwords, and process the available transactions.

There is no fee for this service.

How to request   How to Obtain Access to Inspection Station eServices Portal

To get access you will need to complete and submit the following two documents (click on each document name below to open the forms):

  1. RMV Business Partner Contact Form with your most up-to-date business information.
  2. eServices Administrator Access Form for each person you designate as an "eServices Administrator*." This form should only be completed for the designated user, not all the users that need eService Portal access.

*NOTE: If you have an administrator that will need access to multiple accounts, complete a set of forms for each location so we can give Third Party access.  Please indicate which location the eServices Administrator will use as the main location.

Both documents will be sent automatically to the RMV when you click on the blue Submit or Click to Sign button.  You must complete both documents to get a web logon. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The eServices Portal will not affect your ability to complete vehicle inspections through APPLUS.
