The Details
What you need
Make sure you have the following information available before you fill out the online request form:
- Create a username and password
- N# and Serial#
- Aircraft make, model, year of manufacture, type, color, and takeoff weight
- The Based Airport and the original date it has been based at the facility
- Your credit card information for payment
