Features
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based endpoint management solution. EOTSS uses Intune to manage user access, and for application and device management, across mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints. Agencies may request to add, modify or remove device configurations, roles, policies and/or profiles, and have the changes applied to specific users, groups, and/or devices.
- Device configurations and policies, including certificates, power settings, changes to the local machines, software;
- Roles, including Intune Roles, Policy and Profile manager, Helpdesk, Read Only, Telecom or more customs Roles;
- Profiles, including Shared Device, kiosks, training rooms.
How to request
Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

In the interim, the response time for this request will be monitored and reviewed based on the complexity of each individual case.
