InTune Policy Management

Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based endpoint management solution. EOTSS uses Intune to manage user access, and for application and device management, across mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints.  Agencies may request to add, modify or remove device configurations, roles, policies and/or profiles, and have the changes applied to specific users, groups, and/or devices.

• Device configurations and policies, including certificates, power settings, changes to the local machines, software;
• Roles, including Intune Roles, Policy and Profile manager, Helpdesk, Read Only, Telecom or more customs Roles;
• Profiles, including Shared Device, kiosks, training rooms.
