Features

Managed File Transfer (MFT) Service P2P is an ad hoc on-line file transfer service that allows a secure transfer of the files between two individuals. This is the simplest form of file transfer and does not require any additional software, just a web browser for both ends of a transfer.

How to request

Who can request?

Designated Security Officers (DSOs) ONLY - will request on behalf of Commonwealth employees and their authorized business partners, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

Fulfillment:  90% within 5 business days

MFT P2P Service is available to Commonwealth employees that have an account on the Commonwealth Azure tenant.

Users who do not have an account on the Commonwealth Azure tenant, require Agency’s Designated Security Officers to submit ServiceNow ticket for the user to be invited to the MFT P2P service.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Sharing complete requirements will ensure that accurate SLEs are provided and met.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Agency’s Designated Security Officers submits ServiceNow tickets for account requests (onboarding and offboarding).

EOTSS

  • Responsible for management of users who do not have an account on the Commonwealth Azure tenant.
  • Responsible for production support issues.
