Overview
EOTSS serves as the Global Administrator for the Commonwealth’s Microsoft O365 tenant. Customers may use this Catalog item to request MassMail services that are not otherwise available via the Service Catalog, including:
- Migration of on-prem mailbox(es) to O365 (cloud environment)
- Provision of One Drive for Business Accounts (.csv files accepted for multiple accounts)
- Request Coreview Access
This is not a “catch-all” request item for MassMail services. Use of this Catalog item to request a product or service that is currently available in the Catalog will result in a delay in fulfillment.
