Overview

EOTSS serves as the Global Administrator for the Commonwealth’s Microsoft O365 tenant.  Customers may use this Catalog item to request MassMail services that are not otherwise available via the Service Catalog, including:

  • Migration of on-prem mailbox(es) to O365 (cloud environment)
  • Provision of One Drive for Business Accounts (.csv files accepted for multiple accounts)
  • Request Coreview Access

This is not a “catch-all” request item for MassMail services.  Use of this Catalog item to request a product or service that is currently available in the Catalog will result in a delay in fulfillment.

Service Level Expectation (SLE)

SLEResponsibilities/Dependencies

Fulfillment: Due to the variable nature of this request item, fulfillment time will differ on a case-to-case basis. SLE will be communicated following the finalization of customer requirements.

Important Note: This is not a “catch-all” request item for MassMail services.  Use of this Catalog item to request a product or service that is currently available in the Catalog will result in a delay in fulfillment.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate information to EOTSS during the intake and discovery process.
  • Sharing complete requirements will ensure that accurate SLEs are provided and met.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for coordinating discovery meeting(s) with the customer.
  • Once all requirements are collected/finalized following intake and discovery, EOTSS will determine the appropriate SLE for the request and communicate to the customer.
  • Responsible for providing the following MassMail services per the customer’s request:
    • Migration of on-prem mailbox(es) to O365 (cloud environment)
    • Provision of One Drive for Business Accounts (.csv files accepted for multiple accounts)
  • Request Coreview Access
