A threshold is a performance value you can set for a metric. Once a metric reaches a warning or critical state, an escalation to the appropriate team will occur.

Events can be triggered when a performance metric crosses a custom warning or critical threshold. If your agency has specific warnings or critical thresholds that you need to monitor, please use this Catalog item to set those values.
