Fulfillment: 99.99% completed within timeline identified by the customer. 

Please note:  EOTSS is notified at least 72 hours in advance of the required maintenance window start time.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for identifying the timeline requirements for the maintenance window at intake.
  • Responsible for providing advance notice to EOTSS at least 72 hours in advance of the required maintenance window start time.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for executing a monitoring maintenance window within the period of time identified by the customer.
